This menu is my favourite.. ever!
It's was taught by my late father, Abah. When I was a kid, when my mom was away, Abah used to cook for us. Us means abah, Chick and I. The others have been away, living in KL while Chik and I were still schooling at Yan, Kedah.
Back to the title story. Abah was a good cook. He cooked a lot of foods. Asam pedas, masak lemak etc. But, the favourite was this one and he never miss it.
How it?!
Ikan bilis mentah... soak in the hot water. Rinse it, mix with cut onion, chili, soya sauce and vinegar or air perahan limau.
That's it !
Ready to take with hot rice. Wallah
