Pizza Canai Base

Testimonial by the Pizza Ghosts which were Feer and Azeem.

Desperate recipe, when I just realised that the usual pizza ingredient was incomplete. Hentam saja la !

Why such given name ?!

Because the base is from the frozen Roti Canai..

Topping Ingredients;
Fry the mince meat with onion, garlic, fresh oregano leaves, pepper and black pepper mix with some tomato and chili sauces. Stir until you sure the meat is cooked. Ups... some salt at your estimation.

The base;

Prepare the frozen roti canai

Spread tomato sauce on top of roti canai before spreading the shredded Cheddar cheese followed by mozzarella cheese.

Sprinkle some pepper, dried oregano leaves and black pepper.

Bake about 10 - 12mins.. then ready to serve... wallah !

Pizza Boy

Today is the 5th day of his circumcision. .. the diet are mostly ikan haruan and pizza paperoni (sausage).

Hmmm... nasib la mama dah terer buat base. Siap buat frozen base lagi. So whenever he wants it.. tadaaa...

Azim pun macam dah share abang punya favourite food. Senang mama...

Tadi beli pizza pan, puas cari kat Bagus tapi takde. Last-last jumpe kat giant. Balik tunjuk kat Feer.. hmmm apa lagi dia pun nak pizza lah. So sebagai mama yang mithali tadaaa...

Cam sedap je, cam lazat jer...

Nyum nyum...

Dia berdua je settle 1 pan.

Pizza Crazy

'mom, is it true I can ask anything if I circumsized ?' Feer asked me after watching upin and ipin episode Bersunat. Because in the episode after upin and ipin have been circumcised, they can instruct and ask anything from Kak Ros. Kak Ros is well known with fierce attitude but still entertain her brother's request.  

'yellah' I replied nak tak nak.

'hmm ok' Feer nodded..

Today his 2nd day of his circumcision day.. and he really ask me this and that. huhu...

He requested for pizza since yesterday but I was busy with his ikan haruan segala... today ok la...

not just request but he wanted to do by himself. As long tak mintak bukan-bukan ok la...

so here we go...

Baking oh baking...

Not too much if I say... most of my friends know that I don't like dessert, I don't like cake... I don't like any type of sweet porridge like bubur caca, bubur kacang, kueh or any related to it. For me to do baking or to do dessert... No way. ! In Your Dream !
I don't like, I don't eat so why should I ?
I don't want to waste my time..

Beli jelah if my hubby or my kids want it...

Allah kata do not takbur dan bongkak...
akulah tu..

Everything started when Feer love to eat pizza so much.

In 2010, everyday he urged me to do pizza and when I said that we have no oven he then urged me to buy an oven...

huh..

After some times... persuasion after persuasion I bought a cheap Oven... in March 2011.
A VERY CHEAP, after considering that I wont use it for anything else !
Can you believe that Feer told me that he dreamed the school canteen sell an oven at RM2. This is so dramatic, I'm so touch ! 

'Ok ok... I'll buy' I promise... as long to keep him happy.

Then I started doing the pizza after getting advice from Kak Liza, my kakak angkat since I was at STAD.
Then after the oven sent to home.. Ya Allah HOW am I going to use this thing ? Penat la Cina tu brief mase delivery.. I was still unsure...

Huhu...

I was once bake a cake, mase tingkatan 4, tu pun kawan dok sebok cite dia buat kek. Just wanna try my talent, and still my mother helped a lot and she was the one who operated the oven. Hahaha cake ada rupa tapi bila pegang angkat ke mulut.. seroii jatuh cam nasik kurang air hahaha... but my father said sedap.. huhu abah nak sedapkan hati le tew. I love abah.. abah selalu puji aku masak walau obviously aku masak tak sedap. Mak cume cakap.. buat lagi, practise make perfect.

Since then I never do any baking.

Back to my Pizza story..
For starting I bought the ready made base. I just done the topping.
Wallah.. yummy... he like it ! Donno if he purposely giving the compliment just to support me... hahaha
Whatever !

Homemade Pizza

The Dough

Bahan bahan:

1 1/2 cawan air suam

2 sk yis mauripan

Secubit gula

4 cawan tepung gandum

1/4 sk garam

1/4 cawan olive oil

Sedikit olive oil (lumur)

Memula buat camni

Dah jadi doh.. peram selama setengah jam sebelum canaikan

Lamanya nak tunggu

Yeay dah naik cantek

Cis cameraman tak cakap tudung tak betul... ni semua unsur-unsur sabotaj
