New House in New Year, 2014

After a long waiting, finally we got our new house key.

Opss.. NEWly bought not a new house 

an old house actually huhu 

built in 1994... 20 years old already

whateva...

At least now we owned a landed house.

Where..?

Sorry at this moment I want to keep it secret until we finish the renovation. 

Perhaps.. my mom wanna be with us here in a landed house..

this is one of the reason why we bought a landed property.

The arrangement since April 2013. The loan approved in June. The tenant moved out in July... which we were thinking everything will be happened in 2013 too but waiting after waiting.. the process was so slow as it involved with the Ministry of Finance... LEMBAB! 

Since the date the tenant moved out, the house has left unattended and empty. The bushes started covering the space... very well.

Backyard, I have no idea what the big coverage doing in here..

What the lovely jogging track we have here..

So many plans come into mind about the activity to be held here..

Biasa la.. same before we moved to Putravilla previously. Hahaha... gym, swimming pool, jogging track, playground etc... but still we were not really utilized it.
