A chaotic Viet or Us ?

'To note all the sweetness and to keep out all the bitterness. ..'

Realizing a shopping trip plan..

and

the excitements begin..

Should I mention that we're late to board ?
Ok forget it as  it wasn't an interesting story to share. As long we flew and reached Saigon happy and safe.

The 4 of us Aishah, Liza, Cha (my 360 buddy) and myself.

Landed on time. Alhamdulillah.

Without wasting the time, China Town first.

No comment on the road traffic, I assume it was part of their culture and uniqueness I could say.

Forgiven for the chaos.. the car, bike, motorcycle, rickshaw, bus, lorries everywhere crossing each other uncontrollable.

omaigod.. aku tergoda...
while they bought berpasang-pasang kain..
I just enough with 9 pasang jer*..
jer.. at that place lah.

The good part of the seller was, they're very good in speaking our language.

We then moved to the hotel to check-in
..located along the Ben Tanth road jer.
Wallah.. Thanks madam organiser.

'pesanan penaja to used only the bag pack because to shop terus before check in.'
Yes, I ageed.

Above, the bags we carried..

Expanded during the check-in.. ni baru half day....
Just wait the quantity at the end of this entry.

After checked-in and solat, we continued the tour in the market before having our lunch..
Halal food was everywhere.

One butik to another.. from the clothes to the tudung... then back to hotel to keep the goods. It's so convenient.

Air kelapa was the first things we got in the market.. dahaga tak hengat.

Ini saya... Pewai !

Lunch at Serai Restaurant across Ben Thant market. Nampak bosan kan.. but sedap!

PTT view still.

Bayarlah kak...

At the hotel lobby, searching for more places to visit.

Pakcik ni, the hotel staff so kind to us...

If we claimed the Malaysian is sociable, I would say that Vietnamese should get the same rating.
Even not speaking English, they're  still willing to help.

By taxi , we went to An dong Complex.
Actually we have no idea about this place, but the place was suggested by this Pakcik and he was the one who spoke to the taxi driver because the taxi driver couldn't understand us at all. Maybe our English wasn't good.. kene la sedar diri !

Again to shop the cotton material. Unfortunately, most of the sellers can't speak English not like at the China Town..

One shop after another until we met one aunty who speak English very well. We bought pant material and again.. Blouse material..

Berapa banyak mau beli da ?

An Dong complex

Return from An Dong.. the shopping still on..
Finally we found Butik Ha Sa Nah ...
puas gugel  tapi tak jumpa sebelum ni.. So sakanlah Kak Liza and Aishah menambahkan kg beg diorang. Happy Shopping dude...

While Kak Liza and Aishah did their shopping, Cha and I makan kat Abdullah Amin...ada wifi lagi. Keep updating status all the time. I think most of the places that we stopped have wifi... Hebat aa Saigon ni (ada wifi je hebat !).

rupa tak secantik rasa... sedap !

Lepak luar, penat melayan solicitors la pulak.
Cha si pemalu... kene bayar nak ambik gambar dia..

Let the kakaks do the job.

While waiting Pakcik Mat to the Mekong Delta

We're all ready by eight o'clock, too early as the pickup will be only at nine. Even after we went to the office asking if they can make it early. The answer was the arrangement has been done.. so cannot be changed. Expected answer... hahah saje trying..
Yellah faham.. dah gitau driver at nine tetiba last menet nak tukar...

In the transport to the Mekong Delta

A two hours driving, exposing the colorful outskirt life, the paddy fields along the journey. Only one stop at the Tram Dung. A beautiful place, pond, water lily... weather... perfect welcoming us..

One of  the stop.. or R&R la kalau kat Mesia.

Posing while Pakcik Mat taking our photos and at the same time.. ntah sapa la lagi dok snap gambar kitorg jugak.. Trasa cam retis !

 Alone...

This is Pakcik Mat.

At the jetty..

Something about Mekon Delta (from internet)
From the heights of the Tibetan Plateau, the mighty Mekong flows through six countries, giving life and a home to millions of people. For this, it was once named “Mother of all rivers”. After a journey of 4,500 km (3,000 miles) it reaches the South China Sea. Nine estuaries carry enormous amounts of silt to form one of the greatest (40,000 km2), ever growing deltas in the world — the mighty Mekong Delta.

On board

We initially tried not to have this ride but.. no choice when we're told that our boat was already waiting on the other side.

kak Syah.. mana gambar entertainer ?

The climate was, we went to the tropical fruit farm, sugarcane, coconut and flowers were waiting.  We reached to the point where the visitors seated and served with the fruits while being entertained by the local entertainers.

An empty basket was passing to every table for the collections.
